Queen Mary is pleased to announce the launch of an innovative series of key Olympics Lectures which will take place at the College during the run-up to London 2012. The lectures will explore themes in the history of the Olympics including recurrent challenges to the Games (the weight of history, impact on the built environment), as well as unique configurations (boycotts, natural disasters).
