Become a Fellow of the HA

All members are eligible. The application procedure is free but rigorous. Fellows can put the post-nominal letters FHA. An Application form, a full list of honorary fellows and a full list of Ordinary Fellows can be downloaded below.

The Historical Association reserves to itself the right to grant the Fellowship as an honour to a limited number of individuals who, in its opinion, have made a particularly distinguished contribution to the promotion of historical scholarship, the teaching of history, or the aims of the Association.
