Richard Evans awarded the 2014 Medlicott Medal

We are delighted to be presenting the Medlicott Medal for Services to History to Professor Sir Richard Evans who will be giving a talk on:

Britain, Germany and the Origins of the First World War

Wednesday 9 July, 6pm  - 8.30pm, The MacMillan Hall, Senate House, University of London

Before the main award we will be making our annual young historical fiction awards, The Quills. The shortlist is drawn up by the reviews of primary and secondary school children some of whom will be there to award the winners.

This is followed by our Dissertation Prize winner and then our Honorary Fellowships of the Historical Association.

Wine, soft drinks and nibbles will be available throughout the evening.
