PTI History Summer School at Crewe Hall

This year's English and History Residential Event will be taking place at Crewe Hall, Cheshire from Friday 7th November to Monday 10th November 2008.

Speakers will include Phillip Pullman CBE, Susan Hill, Robert Harris, Professor Lisa Jardine CBE (Queen Mary, University of London), Professor Helen Cooper (University of Cambridge), Dr Mark Llewellyn (University of Liverpool) and Dr Max Jones (University of Manchester).

English Delegates will also be participating in a drama workshop run by the Royal Shakepeare company, whilst the History delegates will visit two local attractions: St Deiniol's Library, the UK's finest residential library and Hawarden Record Office.
