Making Connections

Thursday 30 March 2017, 4pm-8pm

Leeds Trinity University

"History is not a succession of events; it is the links between them"

– E. Evans

You may have heard that famous quote about history being "just one d!&$ thing after another" but we all know that history is much more than this. This Northern History Forum will explore the links and connections that bring history to life.

With a keynote speech from Ian Dawson on 'doing history' and helping students see the links and connections between what they do in history within and across the Key Stages plus a range of great workshops, exhibition and refreshments, all for just £10 for HA members and £20 for non-members this is a must for your history CPD calendar. The event is popular so book early to avoid disappointment.

The full programme is available for you to download below.

We only have a limited number of places and booking closes on Tuesday 21 March 2017.  We look forward to welcoming you all on what promises to be a memorable evening.

You can book your places here.
