Developing your history department

These two recordings come from our webinar series on Developing your history department, which explores different strategies to help your department review your curriculum planning, deliver strong subject CPD and ensure a robust and coherent Key Stage 3 that supports and builds for GCSE. In the first recording, Sharon Aninakwa from the HA Secondary Committee and the Convent of Jesus and Mary Language College, London shares her experience of building a team. In the second recording, Natalie Kesterton from Ryedale School, York presents her advice on leading a small history department.
