The Historical Associations Annual Conference for 2010, ‘Doing History', taking place at Sheffield Hallam University on 14 and 15 May 2010.  We have a great line up and are pleased to announce that Robert Hardy CBE will be the after dinner speaker at the conference.  Robert is an acclaimed actor who has developed an interest in medieval warfare. He has also written books on the subject of the longbow.  Over the years, Robert Hardy has played a huge range of parts on television and film but his most famous role was as Siegfried Farnon in the long-running All Creatures Great and Small
