Description: Jim Stebbings will explore the fascinating story of the famous D’Oyly Carte family of Gilbert and Sullivan fame (and much more) to Norfolk; more specifically the fact that Richard D’Oyly Carte’s eldest son died in Kelling Sanatorium near Holt, which he himself had helped to establish. Previously he had been at Mundesley sanatorium.
