Description: This webinar will begin by discussing the continued relevance of sharing the stories of those who died in both world wars with young people. It will then move on to exploring the exciting range of resources that the Commonwealth War Graves Commission have to offer schools that enable them to address Remembrance in the classroom or in a pastoral setting/assembly. It will aim to show how the resources are adaptable across a range of ages and stages, including many practical activities, and there will be an opportunity for participants to ask questions at the end and explore their other education resources. This webinar will enable you to: · Apply an understanding in the continued relevance of Remembrance with your students · Access a range of resources that will enhance your teaching of the Remembrance topic
