Description: This webinar will be presented by Dr Wendy Toon, Senior Lecturer in American History at the University of Worcester. The webinar will focus on her recent research on women in the GI Movement against the Vietnam War. Her prior related projects include a conference and public exhibition focusing on ‘Pro- and Anti-War Voices’, which drew on oral history and archival research conducted in the US regarding women’s role in the anti-Vietnam War movement.
