HA response to 2015 EBacc consultation

In November 2015 the government launched a consultation concerning implementing the EBacc and plans to extend the measure to 90% of eligible students. The HA responded to the consultation on our members’ behalf using data gathered from your responses to our annual survey. We support the notion of a requirement to study history to 16, but question whether the EBacc route of GCSE history for at least 90% of students is accessible or feasible.
