We support corporate members through brand new fully resourced lesson sequences researched and produced to the highest standards. Each termly sequence includes teachers’ notes containing an overview and rationale of the enquiry, resource files, and PowerPoints for each lesson. View a taster of the first sequence on twentieth century Europe. Sequences coming in subsequent terms look at life in a medieval village, the Normans, eighteenth century politics, and the Black Death.

 A-level Topic Guides 

The newest feature in the Student Zone is a set of A-level topic guides. Each guide offers an array of podcasts, articles, pamphlets and films designed to develop your students’ skills in critically analysing and comparing interpretations from leading academic historians over the past century. The guides can also help to consolidate subject knowledge and include reading lists, timelines, revision quizzes, mind-maps and other useful links. Content is focussed by exam board so you’ll find something of relevance to you and your students’ needs.
