Your membership renewal period begins around 8 weeks before your membership is due to expire, and we'll send you a notice by letter and email to let you know. When the time comes to renew, you need to make sure that you are renewing your existing account rather than setting up a new membership, otherwise this can cause issues with your account. You can renew online by logging in to your account and visiting 'My HA' and 'My account details' or alternatively you can renew manually by contacting our membership team.
